Vehicle Profile: 2018 Ford Fiesta
2018 Ford Fiesta stands out with versatile options, efficient performance

The 2018 Ford Fiesta may be a subcompact car, but it has a big personality. With the Fiesta, you get a balance of efficiency and fun-to-drive performance, technology to keep you connected and plenty of options to customize your ride.

Zippy, efficient performance

The 2018 Fiesta’s standard engine is an efficient 1.6-liter Ti-VCT that produces 120 horsepower and 112 lb-ft of torque and returns upwards of 27 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway.* This engine is mated to your choice of a five-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift®. If you select the high-performance Fiesta ST, you’ll get a 1.6-liter Ti-VCT EcoBoost® engine that delivers 197 horsepower and 202 lb-ft of torque. This engine is also surprisingly efficient, returning 26 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway.*

A variety of performance features boost the Fiesta’s handling. The European-inspired front suspension provides extra agility and stability while electric power-assisted steering improves adaptability and maneuverability. AdvanceTrac® electronic stability control works with the anti-lock brake system to modulate torque and apply the brakes when the wheels slide, delivering exceptional grip and more confidence in the corners.

Fun, practical design

Three of the Fiesta’s trims are available both as a sedan and as a hatchback. The Fiesta ST is a sporty hatch-only model with unique exterior styling such as a black mesh grille and twin chrome-tipped exhaust. Once you’ve decided which body style you want for your Fiesta, there are 10 color options to choose from as well.

Inside you’ll find soft-touch materials throughout the Fiesta’s cabin. You can also opt for available leather-trimmed seats, ambient lighting and painted metallic accents. Each version of the Fiesta seats five passengers, but available cargo space depends on which model you choose. The sedan has 12.8 cubic feet of cargo space in the trunk, with more available if you fold down the 60/40 split rear seats. The hatchback has 14.9 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row, which increases to 25.4 cubic feet with the seats folded down.

Helpful, driver-centric technology

Behind the wheel of a 2018 Fiesta, you’ll find plenty of options to keep you connected to the world around you. The Fiesta comes standard with the SYNC® infotainment system, which provides Bluetooth® audio streaming capability, voice recognition and hands-free calling. There’s also the SYNC AppLink® feature, which offers voice control for a range of mobile apps.

Available features for the 2018 Fiesta include the upgraded SYNC® 3 system with touchscreen operation and Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ compatibility. SiriusXM® services like Radio, Traffic and Travel Link are also available. The available Sony® 100-watt audio system comes with eight speakers and HD Radio™ technology.

The 2018 Ford Fiesta is a fun yet practical subcompact car that delivers the efficiency you expect and the features and flexibility you might not. From its agile handling to its ample cargo space, the 2018 Fiesta is a reliable companion for your everyday driving needs.
