Thanks to precise build tolerances and the advanced materials and lubricants used in modern Jaguar vehicles, the standard service interval has been extended to 15,000 miles or 12 months. The state-of-the-art Service Interval Indicator system continuously monitors driving conditions and engine performance. Based on how and where the car is driven, the service interval will automatically adjust and the driver will be alerted when it is time to schedule a maintenance appointment. 
 
Between scheduled maintenance intervals, Jaguar Platinum Coverage assures owners that Jaguar will be there should the unexpected happen. No matter how well-built a new car is, or how carefully it is driven, tires can be punctured, the battery can run down, fuel can run out or the owner can be locked out. One simple call to Jaguar Roadside Assistance will summon assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
 
Roadside Assistance specialists, who have been trained by Jaguar, will replace a tire, bring enough gasoline to get you to a station or get you back into the car. If a problem occurs that can’t be fixed at the side of the road, a tow truck will be dispatched to bring your Jaguar to an authorized service facility.
 
Even if you just need some guidance to find a better or more interesting route to a destination, a Jaguar Roadside Assistance customer service advisor can provide directions.
 
If any part of a new 2012 Jaguar fails to function properly during the first four years or 50,000 miles of ownership, any Jaguar dealer in the United States or Puerto Rico will service it under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, so you can drive with greater confidence.
