All of these describe Guy Nishimura, now 30-something, who has been with our company since he was 19, washing and detailing cars. (His detailing background proves handy now and then, when he exchanges his pen and mouse for a wash rag and polish cloth to help the detailers get "pau hana time" sale vehicles ready for delivery!)

Enterprise Shows off Civic Hybrid at Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament
It was "green" on the green at the Maui Dunes on July 17, when Enterprise Rent a Car displayed one of their new Civic Hybrid rentals at the Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. As we mentioned in last month's newsletter, Enterprise now has a few Honda Civic LXs and Civic Hybrids available for rent, and starting this week, they will also be renting Honda Insights. Recipe Corner: Carrot & Pineapple Cake
1 ½ c flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple w/syrup
Mix well. Pour into 9x13” pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cream Cheese Topping:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Beat well. Add milk if too stiff.
