1 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 pkg unflavored gelatin (with 1/4 c water)
1 can crab meat or 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat, chopped
8 stalks green onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, minced
Mix gelatin and water, then set aside. Combine first three ingredients on medium heat until dissolved. Turn off heat. Add crab, green onions and celery. Mix well. Add gelatin. Pour mixture into a mold or container (lightly sprayed with Pam non-stick cooking spray). Chill overnight or until set. Serve with crackers, like Ritz..
