Robert joined Kitagawa Motors in 1999 and came to Island Honda in 2004 as a service technician.  In 2006, he applied for the service advisor position, which he welcomed as an opportunity to talk to customers, while helping them at the same time.  After three years, he still enjoys that part of his job the most.   

What does Robert like to do when he's not at work?  This incurable romantic enjoys a night out on the town now and then with his wife of 9 years, Darnell.  (They've been together for nearly 20!)  Besides being Darnell's official "honey-do" man, he also spends his free time ulua fishing, free diving and working on cars.    Together, Robert and Darnell keep themselves busy with Erin, their 8-year-old daughter, and her basketball, tennis and hula activities.  They just returned from a big family trip to Las Vegas, where Robert got his first taste of being on a few good rolls at the California Hotel.  He's already added that to his list of things to do more of!
