Udink & De Jong Advises on High-Profile Projects
Udink & De Jong, The Hague

During the second half of 2007, Udink & De Jong has been involved with two high-profile projects. The first is related to the National Union of Public Servants, concerning recreational business and related properties. These properties have been divested to Molecaten, a long-standing specialist company in the recreational business. They are also a partner in a new recreational project. Since this project was part of a reorganizational process, Udink & De Jong has advised on both the internal procedure, as well as the property side of this project.

Udink & De Jong has also advised on the private placement of Royal Delft, the oldest European listed company, in the friendly takeover of Royal Leerdam Crystal. Royal Leerdam Crystal specializes in high-end crystal products. Royal Delft operates in the niche of luxury porcelain china, in both a traditional Delft blue and a modern fashion. Both Royal Delft and Royal Leerdam aim to reinforce and cooperate in the field of high-quality lifestyle products in the expanding international market. Udink & De Jong continues to advise the Board of Directors for Royal Delft.
