New York, NY- Minneapolis attorneys Phillip A. Cole and Robert J. King, Jr. of Lommen Abdo Cole King & Stageberg P.A., were inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America at the LCA’s Spring Conference and Induction of Fellows in New York.
 
Phil Cole is the President of Lommen Abdo. He has extensive litigation experience in handling commercial disputes, business torts, medical malpractice claims, personal injury cases and the defense of all types of claims brought against lawyers. Mr. Cole is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Advocacy, is a member of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, and is certified as a specialist in the litigation of both medical and legal professional liability claims by ABPLA.
 
Bob King is a member of Lommen Abdo’s board of directors. He has represented personal injury and wrongful death victims and their families for over 25 years in state and federal courts throughout the region. His practice focuses on medical malpractice and product liability and industrial accidents. Mr. King is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist both nationally and in Minnesota and he is a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers and an Associate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. King is admitted in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
