Marc Udink, Udink & De Jong, The Hague was appointed chair by the Minister of Justice of the national committee on fraude prevention.

Mr. Udink was also appointed by the Miniser for Culture affairs as deputy chair for the Natural Historical Museum.

Mr. Udink also delivered the key note address during the R3 seminar on bankresturcturing in London inJune, 2007. In July he chaired a conference in Riga on cross border cooperatuion between judges and lawmakers on EU implementations for banking issues.
