The following is an excerpt from the April 11th letter received from the Minnesota State Bar Association:
It is with great pleasure that I inform you that the Board has reviewed all the material submitted in connection with your recertification application and has determined you meet all standards necessary to be certified as an MSBA Civil Trial Specialist. The Civil Trial Certification Board has recertified you for a period of six years from October 1, 2005. Thank you for your continued support of legal specialist certification in Minnesota.
