Nigel Harris & Partners welcomes a new partner

Nigel Harris & Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Simon Vivian as a partner of the firm.

Paul Egerton-Vernon, senior partner, said: "We welcome Simon to the firm with his valuable expertise built up over many years across a broad range of legal services.”

Simon qualified as an English solicitor in 1987 after obtaining a law degree from Nottingham University. He had several years' experience with leading City of London law firms specialising in company and commercial, and corporate finance law before being appointed a partner at London law firm Rakisons in 1993.  Simon then joined the corporate/media boutique firm Marriott Harrison as a partner continuing to specialise in this area.

Throughout his career, Simon has specialised in advising family run companies and high net worth individuals in relation to a variety of company and commercial matters, and has also advised extensively companies or individuals involved in Revenue and Customs’ investigations.

His addition to the firm strengthens its ability to advise on complex commercial transactions for international clients.
