Pie
Lumberton

Pie is a very sweet, loving Biggy Iggy; 15 lbs and about 17" at shoulder.  He is a beautiful red fawn and white boy, estimated to be between 5-8 years old.  Pie is unfortunately heart worm positive, and therefore, will not be ready for adoption for several months.  Pie is crate trained and is, at times, very vocal in his crate.  He likes to howl and even 'honk' for short bursts.  This is quite cute and makes him very unique, but maybe not best for apartment dwellers!  He loves to snuggle under the covers, although he does sleep in his crate.

Pie would be fine in a home with other dogs.  He is not alpha or aggressive.  He is quite social and loves to hang out with his canine or human pack.  Pie has shown an interest in the cat on the other side of the fence.  A test has yet to be done to see how Pie would react to a cat in his near vicinity...so might be considered unfriendly to cats.

He is fully vetted for the exception of heart worm treatment, this will be completed before Pie is adopted.  More information on Pie's personality, likes and dislikes will be provided at that time.
