ID Technology expanded support services for their customers in the Ohio Valley area with a new regional sales and service facility in Harrison, Ohio. This facility combines sales and service staff from the former Glennon Group facility in Indianapolis with the existing ID Technology – Ohio Valley staff from the Cincinnati area. The Glennon Group was acquired by ID Technology in May of last year.

The new Regional office in Harrison will support the Southern Ohio, Southern Indiana, Kentucky and Western West Virginia areas of the country. “ID Technology is committed to delivering our customers national coverage with local, personalized support,” said Robert Zuilhof, President of ID Technology and the Pro Mach Identification and Tracking Business Unit. “With the addition of three regional offices in the past year, we now have 13 such locations across the United States serving and supporting our customers.

I addition to the 13 regional offices, ID Technology operates numerous satellite offices. As a result, ID Technology has the most comprehensive, national customer support structure in the industry.
