IDF ePHR and PI CONNECT
Create an Account Today!

The Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) is revolutionizing how patients with primary immunodeficiency diseases (PI) can improve their health and help power research with the new IDF ePHR, the electronic personal health record specifically designed for the PI community, and PI CONNECT, the IDF Patient-Powered Research Network.

IDF ePHR features easy-to-use tools to help patients manage their health and organize their information at no cost to users. Users can track health and fitness goals, set reminders and notifications, and they can access IDF ePHR from anywhere—computer, tablet or phone. Medical information is safe, secure and private.

And when users create an IDF ePHR account, they may join PI CONNECT, the IDF Patient-Powered Research Network. PI CONNECT joins the information patients enter in IDF ePHR with the United States Immunodeficiency Network (USIDNET) patient-consented registry, containing clinical data on several thousand patients with PI.

Register for the Patient Notification System (PNS)

Over a decade ago, the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) and its members, working in collaboration with consumer organizations, developed a first-of-its-kind Patient Notification System (PNS). This model notification system is a rapid web-based tool that empowers patients with information about their medicines and is also available to physicians, nurses and pharmacists. All you need to do is sign up!

Register at www.patientnotificationsystem.org. The PNS is a great source of trustworthy information; it provides confidential notification of therapy withdrawals and recalls. There is no charge to register.
