Hybinette Dealer/Customer Training to be Held May 23-24 and June 20-21

Hybinette’s training seminars will cover technology and Hybinette products, as well as provide 2002 Hybinette Certification. Each course lasts two days and covers a wide range of helpful topics. The training session will be divided, focusing on sales for one group and technology for the other group.

Day One: Session divided into technology and sales groups. Groups will focus on:

For the technology specialists:

· Hands on experience
· Building a CPU module
· Installation of 2000 and Linux
· Building and configuring a RAID and upgrading a RAID from 1 to 2 to 3 RANKs
· Implementation of maintenance procedures
· Configuration of Hybinette systems

For the salespeople:

· Review of the new Hybinette pricelist
· Addressing Budget Concerns
o Topics include: making it real, where it’s coming from, when there isn’t a budget, the budget that’s too small, prospects that won’t shareo Knowledge, demonstration and awareness of: investment vs. price, complete money discussions, money vs. consequences, weaknesses and their impact
o Actions: elimination of problem words, not presenting without known consequences, elimination of money weaknesses

· Making Objections Obsolete
o Topics include: eliminating objections, getting to the real problem, asking questions, going to no
o Knowledge, demonstration and awareness of: objections are based on your perception, how reversing polarity defines the reality of what people say, why you must address objections first
o Actions: reframing objections, role play reversing your objections, create statements to manage “objections,” consistent use of objection statements

Day Two: Theoretical learning on the following subjects:

· RAID controllers and RAID levels
· The three basic types of RAID controllers (software, card and hardware)
· Different operating systems (NT/2000 and various Linux and UNIX levels)
· Different operating platforms (Alpha, Intel, MAC OS, SGI, SUN)
· Networking (ATM and Ethernet including Gigabit Ethernet)
· Backup solutions (DLT, AIT, LTO DVD and CD)
· Overview of maintenance procedures

Hybinette Attends IPEX in Birmingham, UK

Hybinette attended the IPEX 2002 show in Birmingham, UK in April. IPEX, which took place from April 9-17, is an international tradeshow that combines printing and digital publishing. The show is an opportunity for people who specialize in printing, prepress and digital publishing to come together to see new technology in their industries. While in London, we also had the opportunity to work locally with our U.K. reseller, Premier Integrated Solutions.

Hybinette Attends Army DOIM in Atlanta

Hybinette representatives will attend the Army DOIM show Conference and Exhibition in Atlanta from May 13-16. The Army DOIM (Directors of Information Management) show focuses on the latest information technology that is used by the government.
