Entourage Support - Much More Than a TV Show

When people hear the term "entourage," they typically associate it with the popular HBO series. They also are likely have heard the word bantered about in conversations about celebrities. According to Dictionary.com an ‘entourage’ is "a group of attendants or associates, as of a person of rank or importance."

So who are these "persons of rank and importance" to Hosting.com? You! Developed directly from feedback gathered from our dedicated server customers, we introduced our new Entourage Support concept a few months ago.

Entourage Support provides our Dedicated Server and Managed Services customers an enhanced support experience by pairing customers with a small group of technicians who are dedicated to supporting their unique installation. Each Entourage team is comprised of junior and senior level engineers, a technical lead and a supervisor.

Entourage teams are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including weekends and holidays to ensure you can always reach your Entourage team when you need them!

But what if you don’t have a dedicated server? Do you still get your own Entourage team? Based on the concept of an entourage, customers who have one or more servers typically need the most in-depth and personalized service. For our customers who only need minimal web hosting services, we offer one of the industry’s best support teams you to rely on – all day, every day for any issue or question… no matter how small!

So what does an Entourage team give you?

  • Consistency: the same technicians are always working on your issues.
  • Simplicity: you don’t have to explain you installation over and over again because you are working with engineers who already know your hosting configuration.
  • Speed: resolution time is increased since all of your Entourage members sit together and work as a team to resolve your issues.
  • Access: you have access to a single supervisor, which allows you to build a working relationship with a single point of contact.
