Service EXCELL’s over the Mid Atlantic Zone in CSI
Hendrick Honda of Charleston’s service department set new heights in customer satisfaction for the month of July. Honda measures the success of dealers by surveys conducted with customers on overall satisfaction with services provided. In the month of July we achieved the #1 ranking in the Zone which includes MD, VA, NC, SC combined for a total of 115 Honda dealers. Not only did we excel in our Zone, but we ranked 17th overall in the nation totaling 1,036 Honda dealers across the country. EXCELL is an acronym for Exceeding Customer Expectation Levels for Life, which is Honda’s ongoing initiative designed to assist dealers in developing and implementing process changes at the dealership that will meet and exceed customer expectations. Hendrick Honda of Charleston has utilized the EXCELL initiative since inception over 7 years ago, and continues to grow by listening to the voice of the customer.
