Getting the Lowest Rate for your Senior Clientele
Are you getting the lowest rates for your clients? Do you ask them if they are a American Automobile Association (AAA) member or a member of AARP (the age requirement is 50 years old)? Both these organizations offer reduced hotel rates and car rental discounts. In addition, AARP offers discounts on many cruise lines and tour companies, such as Carnival, Holland America, Cosmos and Globus. Details for AARP discounts can be found at www.aarp.org. AAA also has a member web site with benefits listings. When you make reservations for your clients that are members, you should ask for the AAA rate or AARP rate and then book the lowest rate for them - your clients will thank you for the savings. Make sure to remind them that proof of membership must be provided. Good luck!
