Amtrak Offers $59 Tickets
Amtrak will offer a new departure of its popular Acela Express train between New York and Washington at a introductory ticket price of only $59 beginning January 27th.

The $59 fare is good for business class travel and is available from Jan. 27 to April 25. It only applies to the new 8:30 p.m. Washington-New York departure of Amtrak's Acela Express train number 2118.

Amtrak said prices would also be lower for stops on the route at stations in Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey. Tickets may be booked on line in the travel agent area at www.amtrak.com or by calling 800-USA-RAIL.
