Far and Wide is courting agents with higher commissions on its escorted group tours to Europe when booked by Valentine's Day.
Agents earn 15% on both land arrangements and cancellation and travel insurance, and 10% on air, for groups of at least 15 people booked and deposited through Feb. 14 for departure by Oct. 31.
Far and Wide is also reducing the cost of its Safe&Sound insurance policy to $99 per person, awarding agents one free, land-only place with 20 paid travelers, and throwing in a free box of chocolates.
