The results of a survey provided in our last Network Newsletter indicated that agents preferred to have competitive pricing and lower service fees on our agent and customer airline booking engine. In response to our Independent Agents requests we are lowering the Internet service fee to $19.95 effective January 1st. The existing $30 fee will still apply to all airline tickets issued with agent assistance or via the telephone. These lower fees will provide competitive fares with other online airline booking engines.
