Frontier Airlines joined other major carriers by eliminating the commission paid to travel agents in the U.S. and Canada. The airline said the policy is effective May 31 at 10:01 p.m., Mountain Daylight Time.

Alaska Airlines and its sister carrier Horizon Air followed Frontier Airlines to become the latest carriers to eliminate base commissions for travel agents in the U.S. and Canada. The new commission policy is effective 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time June 3rd.
