Please remember to submit a credit card authorization for any airline ticket charges over $500.00. Unless you have submitted a Limited Power of Attorney for your client, this authorization needs to be sent in each time. Tickets and documents will not be released until this authorization is received. If these authorizations are not received by the end of the ARC week, tickets may be voided. Please review your policies and procedures for other important agency information.
