Oct 29, 2001--SANTA CLARITA, CA --INTERNET WIRE As part of Princess' commitment to offering greater opportunities for
U.S.-based cruise vacations, the company has recently added 66 new
voyages to Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada/New England and the Panama
Canal.
"Vacationers have become increasingly interested in finding unique
travel experiences closer to home," said Dean Brown, Princess'
executive vice president of customer service and sales. "We have
answered this call by adding numerous opportunities for passengers to
enjoy the excitement of a cruise and the convenience of round-trip
departures from North American ports."
Following is a summary of the line's new cruise schedules.
Mexican Riviera:
Princess has expanded its Mexican Riviera departures with new seven-day
and 10-day sailings round-trip from Los Angeles. The seven-day
voyages take in the warmth and excitement of Mexico's favorite ports,
including Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas, while the
10-day journeys also include Acapulco and Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa.
Sea Princess adds seven-day cruises from December 29, 2001 through
March 2, 2002 and switches to the 10-day itinerary from March 9
through April 28, 2002.
In the fall, Sun Princess takes over the 10-day sailings, departing
from September 27, 2002 through January 15, 2003, and again from
March 26 through April 25, 2003.
Both ships will be joining the line's new Star Princess, the largest
and most amenity-filled vessel ever to sail on the West Coast, when
she debuts with her seven-day itinerary on March 16, 2002.
Hawaii: Princess puts the islands within easy reach, offering two
15-day round-trip voyages from Los Angeles to Hawaii on January 25
and March 11, 2003. The ship's fun-filled Hawaiian itinerary

Ensenada in Mexico.
