Beginning with Carnival, a number of cruise lines have raised travel agent commissions to 20% for cruises booked and departing through the end of the year. In addition to Carnival, other cruise lines that have increased commissions are Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Holland America, Celebrity, Cunard, Seabourn, Costa, Windstar and Orient lines have all increased commissions to 20%. The only major exception to this has been Princess Cruises.
