As per our last newsletter, agents now have a new resource for booking air reservations. Although this new air desk can be used for most airlines, we would like to remind you of our policy and procedures for booking Southwest Airlines.

When booking Southwest you should make reservations with the airline directly. It is our policy not to issue paper tickets for this airline and this also applies to the new air desk. We ask your assistance in following this procedure. Payment for Southwest Airlines should be made by credit card only, directly with the airline.
