The Aussie Specialist Program, started in 1992, offers a comprehensive training program for agents. Agents receive the Aussie Specialist Training kit, which includes a 90-minute training video, section reviews, the Australian Vacation Planner, the Come and Say G-day Guide, a consumer video and the Aussie Specialist Certification Quiz.
Participants must score 90 percent or better on the certification quiz. The cost of this program is $75 for the kit and first year's membership and an annual renewal of $75.
Specialists receive the names and contact information for consumers in their area who have responded to ATC advertising and promotions. The ATC also sends specialists' names and contact details to consumers. Specialists receive a marketing kit, certificate, window decal, lapel pin and monthly newsletter.
