Over 150 attended the event. Many were introduced to Mercedes-Benz and the Holloway Mercedes-Benz dealership in Greenland for the first time. But there was no doubt who the star of the evening was--GLK-Class, the newest member of the Mercedes-Benz Family of Trucks. The fleet of GLKs were out on test-drives the entire evening.
While waiting for test drives, people had the opportunity to see the GLKs on the showroom floor and talk to our sales representatives extensively about the newest Mercedes-Benz SUV.
People gushed about the "drivability of the vehicle" , "the thoughtful appointments in the interior", and "nice lines to the car, very modern styling".

The Mercedes-Benz Compact GLK-Class Is Coming to America
Look for the 2010 model early in 2009.
Mercedes-Benz is thinking small, at least “smaller,” with the introduction of the 2010 GLK compact premium SUV. The 2010 GLK-Class will be produced exclusively at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen, Germany. It arrives stateside in January. Mercedes-Benz believes in the SUV and believes it has just the right size for most owners. The German automaker believes a compact luxury SUV with crossover underpinnings will meet the needs of American families while respecting their attitudes toward expensive fuel. The GLK has great surface appeal with its aggressive styling (dig that huge grille!) and a driving personality to match.
