CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT

FINE CHEMICAL, API PRODUCTION, and STERILE PHARMA

DEAR Valued Customer,

HealthStar, Inc. has been contracted to liquidate a production facility (previously operated by the world's largest research based pharmaceutical company, Pfizer, Inc.) filled with late-model, chemical manufacturing equipment.  Currently installed and located in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, this premium equipment is capable of producing fine and intermediate chemicals as well as APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). The equipment is constructed from either Hastelloy C22/C276, Tantalum, 316L Stainless Steel, or Glass lined Carbon Steel.  The equipment was designed and engineered for 2000 gallon batches and each piece of process equipment (reactors, condensers, centrifuges, dryers, mills and packaging operations) is capable of supporting these batch sizes.

The project consists of machinery from leading manufactures such as: Astro Cosmos, Busch, DeDietrich, Gemco, Heinkel, Hosokawa, ITT and Pfaulder for a few.
