Mango Orange Smoothie

  • ½  cup frozen mango (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, optional
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Life Energizing Shake

 

Blend until smooth and enjoy! This is a great breakfast for children too!
