Inner Wisdom Activityby Thomas Herold
A lot of us do workouts to lose weight. There are tons of exercises, fitness studios and more than enough activities we can do.
Why do we do this? ... Because society tells us that we should follow fitness programs and do aerobics to be in nice shape and to shred calories!
Most people who are trying to lose weight are often involved in fitness programs. If you doubt this fact, just switch your television on! I am sure that on at least one channel they are showing a fitness program, or even better a new fitness training tool.
If you watch this clever advertising for more than 10 minutes, you are in a dangerous position, since they lure you into grabbing your credit card and order their product by phone right on the spot.
All of this advertising will only make you believe that you need to exercise (especially with their specific workout tool,) and that you will lose weight and get a dream figure and a dream body.
Have you tried one of this exercise tools? Maybe you have tried one of these gimmicks, but you may still have the underlying belief that you do not have the right body. Otherwise, why would you read this article?
Exercise should be fun!
Remember your childhood? Do you remember how much you worked out? I am having some fun with you here. You didn't work out in your childhood. No child does this! But, you will probably agree that when you were a child you moved your body more often than you do now.
It's very important that you don't follow an exercise or a workout plan unless it fits for you. You will ask, "How do I know if a workout plan doesn't fit?" There a bunch of signs that will show up for you, telling you if it is or isn't right for you.
For instance, do you feel excited when the time comes to do your fitness program? Do you feel more powerful and alive when you think about exercising or working out?
Of course, lot's of people are addicted to exercises and they do them because everyone else does, or because their friends do it, or because someone told them they have to do it.
If you are someone who fits into any of these categories, you are not doing yourself any favors. Doing exercise for the reasons above will only generate more stress and resistance, and will not help you lose weight or have a nicer body.
Let me give you a brief illustration of this concept. Have you ever tried to lie on the beach and to focus on getting a nice brown tan? After 10 minutes your face starts to sweat and you feeling stressed.
After one hour, (if you make it that long,) you will become absolutely discouraged and feel pretty powerless. And guess what? Either you have still your untanned skin or you have a bad sunburn. But that's not what you wanted.
Give up all of the things you might think you have to do. Don't stress yourself with exercise. You are stressing yourself with the weight struggle, and that's really enough. Wouldn't you agree?
Take a moment and think about what you did to have fun during your childhood. Remember how you felt when you were a kid when you played around? Remember how much fun you had playing around with other kids?
One of the most important things about workout and fitness is the aspect of fun. Find something that really grabs your attention. Find something that really motivates you. Find something that let you feel excited when you think about it.
Try to eliminate exercises and workouts things that are not fun. Think about what your reason was for doing it in the first place. Don't let anyone convince you to follow what is right for them.
It's time to make new decisions!
You are not a "bad" person if you don't exercise. There is no reason to feel bad if you don't workout. Release yourself of any beliefs you have on this topic. Grab a pen and write down what you would like to do and what you don't like doing.
Decide what you want to do. Decide it and then be at peace with your decision. If you decide not to follow any exercise program, that is your decision. Be okay with this. And please do not change your decision during the next two hours.
If you decide, please honor your decision. Decide it and then do it!
Now, do something really nice for yourself
Introduction: Since 1978, Thomas Herold has been a successful entrepreneur, founding and managing the direction of three international companies. His experience with each of these companies, included marketing self-help programs and services, leading management seminars and personal development training. As such, his interest and expertise in the field of belief management is longstanding.
Thomas draws upon 10 years of experience in belief management as he acted as a trainer delivering success and life enrichment training around the world.
In his role as an international trainer, Thomas came across many people who suffered from problems with weight, as well as with all kinds of other health issues. His first-hand experience in this arena, helping people conquer their weight and life problems by discovering the power of the mind/body connection, makes Thomas a wonderful source of experiential and practical information.
One of his goals in life is to share with others the power of thinking and perceiving, beyond any indoctrinated model of reality, and to use this power to resolve life's problems, making decisions with greater mental clarity. As part of this goal, he wishes to share the exploration and perception (independent of the physical body) of hidden plans of reality and secret realms of consciousness, that are the keys to living a more satisfying and healthy lifestyle. This includes the sharing of the interactions between conscious phenomena and events in the physical universe.
Thomas's knowledge base is richly broadened by experience in spiritual teaching, marketing, sales and computer technology. In addition, he has also enjoyed inspirational writing for the last five years.
Thomas's empowering style, along with his wisdom in the area of belief management, make his articles an outstanding source of wisdom and practicality. He also has a unique ability to see and articulate how the mind, the soul, and the body work together.
Thomas's experience with the human body and how the mind is related to the body began with his own experimentation with diets and experiencing the frustrating results. In his quest for longer-lasting results, he began voraciously reading everything he could get his hands on, discussing topics from weight loss to sugar-free food.
Coupling his personal weight loss experience with his expertise in belief management, he developed an incredible new methodology for successful, sustained weight loss, utilizing key principles in belief management. This methodology is described in a revolutionary new weight management manual called Infinite Weight Wisdom - The Infinite Source for Weight and Life Transformation.
Since the end of 1998 Thomas founded SourceInfinity, The Infinite Source for Weight and Life Transformation, and has offered his knowledge via the World Wide Web.
SourceInfinity is the international source of information relating to weight and life management, utilizing belief management. One of its primary aims is to teach people to deliberately and efficiently manifest their intended creations, leading them to living a limitless life.
