Business Advisory Council 2002 in Shanghai, China
 
GE Fanuc Asia Pacific Business Advisory Council (BAC) 2002 was held in Shanghai from Jan 23-24, 2002. We had a record attendance for this year, participants from Australia, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea and Japan anticipated this event. The first day session kick-off with the opening address by President & CEO - GE Fanuc Automation Asia Pacific, Mr. George Theriault and followed by presentation from Mr. Kevin Roach, Vice President Global Solutions - GE Fanuc Automation NA Inc.
 
The group proceeded to local village for a leisure tour in the afternoon; the intention was to gather everyone from multinational background together under one roof and to break the ice. On the second day, the program was fully packed with presentation and the group was divided into 4 smaller groups for workout sessions in the afternoon. These sessions produced many valuable feedbacks and findings on our products and services.
 
The event closed on a high note with the award presentation to the channel with top performance.
