Effective July 1, 2001, the CIMPLICITY Competitive Key Trade-In Program will be discontinued. This program was originally launched to help convert customers from competitor HMI products over to CIMPLICITY HMI. This goal has now been accomplished.
Moving forward, GE Fanuc will only consider competitive conversions on a case by case basis using the SPA process and backed by a solid business plan that demonstrates incremental growth to the software business
