Developed as part of GE Fanuc’s digitization initiative for delivering information over the Web, CIMPLICITY Machine Edition provides the automation software components you need for your machine level applications—whether they include Control, HMI, or Motion. CIMPLICITY Machine Edition provides an integrated development environment with a common user interface, drag-and-drop editing, and support for the many editing components required for a project.

This new release combines a wide variety of new features and functionality into an already expansive set of visualization tools. As a component of CIMPLICITY Machine Edition, View delivers a "machine level" visualization solution used for serial, bus and Ethernet communications to shop floor devices including PLC's, Marquees, Bar code scanners, and others.

Built into View is the built -in Web functionality that enables users to interface with shop floor information throughout the enterprise. Access data, panels and custom reports with any web browser.

A new tag count has been added to the list of 8000 I/O point for Development and Runtime.

Motion Developer is part of the CIMPLICITY Machine Edition family of products providing powerful, integrated machine level development tools for MMI, Motion, and Control applications.

This new release includes a wide variety of new features and supports a wider range of motion controllers including the GE Fanuc S2K series and Whedco IMC, IMCjr (IMJ), and SMJ series motion controllers.

The Logic Developer PLC is GE Fanuc's latest version of PLC programming software that resides within an industry leading Integrated Development Environment. Logic Developer PLC is the component of CIMPLICITY Machine Edition, as VersaPro becomes a part of this software.

The Logic Developer PLC is fully integrated into the CIMPLICITY Machine Edition development environment and takes advantage of productivity tools such as the Tool Chest, Common Project Database, and integration with other Machine Edition components like View.

Logic Developer - State is GE Fanuc's new State Logic Programming product with Version 2.10 being the introductory release. Logic Developer - State is fully integrated into the CIMPLICITY Machine Edition development environment and takes advantage of productivity tools such as the Hardware Configuration, Tool Chest, Common Project Database, and integration with other Machine Edition components like View.

This product provides configuration and programming of GE Fanuc Series 90™-30 351 and greater PLCs. Release 9.1 is the minimum release level supported.

Please note that Logic Developer - State Version 2.10 does not provide support for:

• Series 90-70 PLCs
• The Adatek AD693CMM301 Serial Communications Module
