The Power Provider Program is designed for Systems Integrators and OEMs that want to use CIMPLICITY products for their applications. Program Description
The Power Provider Program, offers benefits to companies adding value to CIMPLICITY OI hardware or CIMPLICITY HMI software and delivering solutions to end-user customers. Membership in this program includes:
- Inclusion in CIMPLICITY Power Provider list that is published monthly to GE Fanuc salespeople and distributors

Additional licenses are available at an additional cost. Power Provider with multiple offices must purchase a base membership license for each mailing location. The consigned package(s) is to be used for demonstrations, integration and development of applications and is not for resale.
The Power Provider Program is renewable on an annual basis. Your subscription will need to be renewed one year from the purchase of the original system.
Sign-up Procedure – 3 Easy Steps
Any GE Fanuc sales representative nominates the candidate with approval by the GE Fanuc CIMPLICITY Channel Manager. There are 3 easy steps to follow:
- The Power Provider Nomination form is to be completed by the GE Fanuc sales representative and signed by the CIMPLICITY Channel Manager.
- The CIMPLICITY System Consignment Agreement form (GFJ-309b) is completed and signed by the POWER PROVIDER under the section labeled user.
- These forms are sent to the Power Provider Manager, along with a PO for the consignment system. (Addresses are listed on the next page.)
After receiving this information, the software will be released and shipped from the factory and a welcome package will be shipped from Albany. (Your subscription will start the day all of the above paperwork and PO is received.)
The software included in the package shall be licensed subject to the terms of this Power Provider Program document and the applicable license agreement included with the software. Additional licenses can be obtained by ordering additional Power Provider licenses. For each additional license purchased, a new CIMPLICITY System Consignment Agreement form (GFJ-309b) must be filled out and forwarded to the Power Provider Manager.
Ordering Information
Orders for the Power Provider Integration packages and for the Power Provider Annual Consignment fee are placed through your local GE Fanuc authorized distributor and forwarded to the POWER PROVIDER Manager. When placing your initial order for Power Provider items, submit the completed nomination form and consignment agreement. For each additional license a new the CIMPLICITY System Consignment Agreement form (GFJ-309b) must be filled out and forwarded to the Power Provider Manager.
To maintain your Power Provider status (includes Helpdesk Support, upgrades, Marketing Information, etc...), an Annual Maintenance Fee must be paid yearly. When renewing, you will also be asked to report customers, quantity of systems sold, and dollar value of purchases in the past year.
