Prevent Downtime with the CNC Backup Kit
Easy-to-use tools provide critical file protection

The most common cause of service calls on CNC equipment? A loss of parameters, or an inadvertent change of parameters, with no backup file available. Now, you can minimize the downtime associated with this type of problem by using the GE Fanuc CNC Backup Kit - which provides an easy way to achieve vital protection and keep your manufacturing operations highly productive.

Machine Optimization Increases Production
Small investment yields significant gains

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB), is one of the world's leading manufacturers of precision bearings, offering a range of products to the aerospace, communications, computer, health care, defense and instrumentation markets. By using advanced technologies and making significant investments in automated machine tools, the company's Chatsworth, CA, Precision Division applies volume production methods to sophisticated, non-standard, ultra-precision miniature and instrument bearing designs. Often, these "significant investments" are monetary -- but, as NHBB engineers recently discovered after consulting with GE Fanuc, sometimes investing a little time to optimize existing machinery can yield significant production gains at very little cost.

GE Fanuc in Motion!
New servos and spindles for cost-effective, high-performance control

When it comes to machine tool motion, GE Fanuc is on the move! Check out the new Alpha is and Beta is series servomotors, which utilize the latest motor technology to decrease frame size while increasing constant output and RPM. Plus, new synchronous built-in servos provide advantages in rotary table applications while synchronous spindle motors are designed for grinding or compound machining applications. Lastly, the new Beta i spindle motors and Beta i SVPM integrated servo/spindle amplifiers complement the Series 0i-B CNC for control on economical machines.
