Little Mac was chained up in a yard with a chain that weighed more than he weighs. When the owner was told that it was inhumane and illegal to chain a dog, the owner gave the dog up to the landlord. The rescuer took this little guy to the vet where he was checked over, vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Now Mac can find a home where he will be treated like the little prince that he is. He is about two years old and weighs only seven pounds
