Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten

½ cup oil
2 cups mashed bananas
8 ounce can crushed pineapple, including juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ½ cups chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts

Combine the first five (dry) ingredients and set aside. Combine the remaining six ingredients and add to the dry mixture. Spoon into three small or 2 large loaf pans. Bake at 350 ° F for about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. [ It freezes well.]
