Early College High School Initiative
SECOND ROUND R.F.P. RELEASED

The second round Request for Proposals (R.F.P.) was released on October 15, 2003. The goal is to award grants to up to 13 California community colleges that present outstanding proposals for Early College High Schools. All 108 California community colleges are eligible to apply. A college that receives a second round grant may open its Early College High School in the fall of 2004 or 2005. Proposals are due by 5 p.m., March 31, 2004. See full story for details. R.F.
