At the N.C.C.C.F. 2003 Symposium, Dr. Larry Toy, President/C.E.O. of F.C.C.C., was awarded the Richard P. Codd Award, N.C.C.C.F.’s highest honor.
The Richard P. Codd Award is presented to a California community college foundation practitioner or volunteer who over the years has made outstanding contributions to ensure the future and success of the Network of California Community College Foundations. The award was named in honor of Richard P. Codd of the College of the Desert who was a founder and long time board member and promoter of N.C.C.C.F.
