Happy New Year.  The Lawyers’ Professionalism and Ethics Committee had an extremely productive year in 2007, and we hope for great things in 2008.

We published two issues of Professionalism Perspectives, the Committee’s newsletter, as well as 10 columns in For the Defense.  These publications provide a great forum to address current issues of professionalism and ethics, as well as an excellent opportunity to be published.  If you have a topic and would like to write an article for either, contact Ryan Owsley, at ryan.owsley@hmrmlaw.com.  Ryan has accepted the position of Chair of the Publications Committee, and Christine Mast (cmast@hplegal.com) will remain in the co-chair position.  We appreciate both of their efforts.
