Learn how to manage expectations, evaluate performance and improve your online results. This six-hour seminar offers a highly interactive setting for participants to discuss their experiences and to apply new concepts to their ePhilanthropy strategy.

Emphasis will be placed on advanced strategy, case studies, electronic contributor relationship management, fundamental online fundraising metrics and the use of data to build stronger relationships and raise more funds.
