The ePhilanthropy Foundation Board of Trustees at its September 22 annual meeting in New York elected board members to various terms and selected officers for 2005-2006.

The new trustees elected to three-year terms include:
- Steven Jacobson, President and CEO, Jacobson Consulting Applications, Inc. (JCA)
- Jeff Jetton, President and CEO, Auctionpay, Inc.
- Bo Rice, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Community Counselling Service (CCS)
- A. Charles Schultz, President, Crescendo Interactive, Inc.
- Don Sodo, President and CEO, America's Charities
- Bill Strathmann, CEO, Networkforgood.org
- Mitch Stoller, President and CEO, Lance Armstrong Foundation
- Mark Sutton, CEO, Justgiving, Inc.
The trustee elected to a two-year term is:
- Mark Connors, Dir., Technology Solutions, Amergent
The trustees re-elected to three-year terms include:
- Bob Carter, President, Ketchum, Inc.
- Robert DeMartinis, President, Hope Associates, Editor, nonprofit.about.com
- Michael Farley, Senior Vice President, USO World Headquarters
- Andrew Mosawi, Director of Non-Profit Services, IATS Ticketmaster
In addition, the board re-elected Steve Delfin as chairman; Ted Hart as president and chief executive officer and Steve Schatz as treasurer and chief operating officer. Bob Carter, president of Ketchum Inc., as vice chairman and Gail Freeman, president of Freeman Philanthropic Services, Inc., was elected to her first term as secretary.
