The ePhilanthropy Foundation has developed a new community called eAdvocates for those who wish to foster the ethical use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes, educate others to do so or work for organizations already involved in the cause.

By pledging financial support of $25, $120 or more, eAdvocates demonstrate their commitment to the ideals and mission of the ePhilanthropy Foundation to promote the secure, private and ethical use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes.

The Basic eAdvocate Level (minimum $25) serves individuals who are new to ePhilanthropy but share a commitment to the Foundation’s Code of Ethical Online Practices.

Expert Level eAdvocates (minimum $120) are professionals with a minimum of two years experience in ePhilanthropy and a commitment to sharing their expertise and support of the online, philanthropic missions of nonprofit organizations.

Individuals, foundations, corporations and professionals with a strong desire to support the ePhilanthropy Foundation and who are dedicated to promoting the ethical use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes can become Patron ePhilanthropy eAdvocates (minimum $1,000).

All eAdvocates receive:

-    discounts on ePhilanthropy Foundation services;

-         listing in the eAdvocates online directory;

-         and advanced copies of the Foundation’s newest educational offering, The QuickTips Guides.

Expert and Patron level eAdvocates also receive one-year subscriptions to the eTour Listserve, the online discussion forum for ePhilanthropy professionals who wish to remain engaged in discussions and education with others in their field.
