Call for Nominations To ePhilanthropy Board of Trustees
Deadline is May 14, 2004 For Nominations
http://ephilanthropy.org

The ePhilanthropy Foundation is inviting nominations for its Board of Trustees. The success of the ePhilanthropyFoundation.Org depends on the personal commitment and active involvement of a select group of dedicated individuals, who understand the privilege to serve and the responsibility to lead.

The Foundation’s Governance Committee chaired by Ken Weber, NetworkforGood.org will review nominations. It is the desire of this committee to nominate a slate of candidates that provide the broadest possible input from the diverse ‘ePhilanthropy world’ of experts, vendors and practitioners.

Interested individuals are encouraged to submit nominations, including self-nominations. A nomination statement of approximately 200 words (along with Name, Address, Position, email address and phone number), the nomination should provide details of the nominees experience with ePhilanthropy, the use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes, a commitment to promoting the ePhilanthropy Code of Ethical online philanthropic practices and an understanding of the issues facing the ePhilanthropy Community.

Trustees will be selected by the ePhilanthropy Foundation Board in accordance with the Foundation’s Bylaws. New board members will be announced September 23, 2004.

Nominations must be submitted before May 14, 2004. Please contact
nominations@ephilanthropy.org or via fax to 202-478-0910.
