 The ePhilanthropy Foundation is presenting a series of half-day seminars, some in co-operation with local Association of Fundraising Professional chapters, titled The Rules Still Apply and presenting ways to use the Internet effectively to build community and attract philanthropic support.

Speakers will include authors of the book Fundraising on the Internet: The ePhilanthropy Foundation’s Guide to Success Online, in most cases Michael Johnston, President of HJC New Media, with others in different localities.

Price for the seminars is $55 for attendance, $70 including a copy of the book. All sessions are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Sessions are:  Montreal, September 12; YMCA of Greater Toronto, 20 Grosvenor St., Toronto, September 17; The Embassy West Conference Hotel, 1400 Carling Ave., Ottawa, September 18; Institute for Nonprofit Studies, Mount Royal College, Calgary, October 15; Simon Fraser University at Harbour Centre, 515 West Hastings St., Vancouver, November 14.
