IFor Assistance In Collecting Online Donor Data

HJC New Media (Toronto), is conducting a study involving donors (primarily individuals who use the Internet to make donations and secondarily, individuals who use other methods to donate). The results will be published in the Second Edition of The Fundraiser's Guide to the Internet as a follow up to a similar study conducted with the online supporters of Greenpeace in the First Edition of The Fundraiser's Guide to the Internet in 1997.

The results helped thousands of nonprofit managers begin to make better sense of this new medium.  Like the previous research, the current study is designed to target donors and find out the demographic makeup of those who primarily give online.

THE SURVEY WILL BE CUSTOMIZED TO REFLECT THE NAME OF YOUR ORGANIZATION, RESULTS FROM YOUR DONORS WILL BE REPORTED TO YOU.

We would like to ask for your organization's participation in the study by distributing the comprehensive survey to your online donors and/or to your list of supporters via email.  Respondents can complete the survey in two ways, 1) in online format or 2) request the survey in Rich Text Format.  The completed surveys will be collected by HJC New Media.

In return for your participation HJC New Media will send your organization an executive summary of the results.
