Having the "Tell a Friend" link at the top of the page will increase the forwarding of articles by your readers to their friends and colleagues. This will result in higher readership and new subscribers. (This is for Standard, Pro & Platinum Accounts only)
Here's how to do it:
1) - Login to your account to the main menu area.
2) - Click the "Advanced" button so you can see the red "Layout" button.
3) - Now click the red layout button.
4) Now at the top of the column where you want the "Tell A Friend" Link to be, click the small "ADD" button.
5) - Now choose "Page Footer" from the menu of choices.
6) - Now you'll want to answer "NO" to the first three options:
Show Publisher Information: NO
Show Copyright Information: NO
Show Footer/Disclaimer Text: NO
Then Choose "Yes" to the 4th option:
Show 'Tell A Friend Link: YES
Then choose "NO" for the fifth option
Show 'Archive' Link: NO
You should also set the background color to something bright so it is noticed. You can use the "Choose Color" link or use any Hexadecimal color. Also choose a Border of "1" to make the button stand out even more.
7) - When done click the save button at the bottom of the page and view your new "Tell A Friend" link. Make sure you click the "Save Changes" link at the top of the page where you view your new link to save the layout changes you have made or you'll be doing this exercise all over again.
