Dear SMEI Professional Members:
Here is another issue of our Membership newsletter, “Marketing Times.” It is one of the many membership benefits offered by SMEI. This issue is full of great articles and the latest in all we are doing as an association to be of better service to you and the other thousands of members in our professional society.
The biggest question for you this month--- are you taking advantage of all the benefits available to you? Interested in certification? Think you could benefit from the Graduate School we do in conjunction with Syracuse University? Interested in free employee profiles, printing, banners and other member savings programs? Want to get the best educational programs in the industry? Want to network with the best professionals in the world?
Well all of that is available through the SMEI and all of its affiliates. All you have to do is check in on our website at www.smei.org to get the latest and to watch your mail for more details. This month we are starting a new program and we will be mailing you more details on how to take advantage of these and other benefits through the SMEI Smart Pack. If you didn’t get it, then that means we need your update contact information. Calls at 1-800-999-1414 or write directly to jill.hazelwood@smei.org so we can make sure we rush one out to you. We don’t want you to miss one thing!
When you get your SMEI Smart Pack make sure you check out our national membership contest. You can earn a chance to win a trip for two just for signing up a new member. And, as I said before, check out all the savings and benefits inside.
Also, this issue of “Marketing Times” comes at the end of our association year. So I would like to thank the many, many volunteers active in our affiliates and at a national level. A special thanks to Bill Davis, CME for serving as our SMEI President this last year. To those stepping in to new leadership this year--- hang on because we are in for a wonderful ride.
