† I have CVID. I am deficient in all
areas but the worst is IgG. Is there any chance that taking vitamins or
herbal supplements (i.e. garlic etc) could be effective or most likely not

supplements are effective in reversing CVID. In general a good balanced
diet should provide enough vitamins, but many physicians recommend taking a
multivitamin tablet daily as well.
