Skyward is pleased to announce the opening of two new branch offices as part of our continuing commitment to provide local service to our customers.  Our Texas customers now have a second office in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area while our Pennsylvania customers now have a Branch Office in the Pittsburgh area.
 
The past few years has shown a tremendous amount of growth in the number of Texas Districts joining the Skyward family and our commitment to providing local support demanded an additional service location.   After conducting an intensive search, it was determined that Irving, TX in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area was the obvious choice.  This location's proximity to DFW Airport and Love Field along with a high concentration of customers in the area ensures we will continue to provide the best service in the state and the industry.
 
This office will primarily consist of Software Customer Service Representatives, but we will also be adding Technical Engineers, Project Managers and Enterprise Solutions representatives as we expand our Enterprise and Network services to Texas customers.
 
Our Pennsylvania Branch Office, located in Wexford, provides a great addition to our expanding customer base in Pennsylvania.  In just a few short years, we have had numerous districts choose our solution and we are excited for the continued growth over the years to come.  As we looked for a location for the new Pennsylvania office Pittsburgh presented itself as an ideal location and we look forward to providing our customers in the Keystone State with the best service in the industry.
 
The office will include Software Customer Service representatives along with a Branch Manager and our Director of Customer Service for Pennsylvania and Michigan.
